Need a DD214?
The 111th Force Support Squadron will accomplish DD214s for current 111th Fighter Wing members by appointment every Thursday beginning Aug. 12 from 8-10 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. An appointment will last approximately 1 hour and you must bring all your supporting documents with you (orders and travel vouchers). In most cases, you will walk away with your DD214 in hand. Please sign up for your appointment on the DD214 Scheduling Calendar (shared calendars), which can be found by opening Internet Explorer from a military computer. Place your name, rank and a telephone number that we can reach you. A reminder email will be sent to you on Tuesday prior to your appointment to include which FSS member will be assisting you on the day of your appointment. The 111th Force Support Squadron (FSS) is looking for feedback from the retirees and family members whom the 111 FSS serves. This feedback is viewed only by FSS Leadership. It is intended to track trends and provide a tool to recognize excellent performance and areas of possible improvement.
Please be as detailed as possible so we can benefit from your feedback. Include the specific section of the FSS you're commenting on.
Suggestions for improvement are welcome, as well as commending an FSS individual for superior performance.
Providing the name of the FSS individual that served you is encouraged, but not required.
