WILLOW GROVE AIR RESERVE STATION, Pa. -- Maj. Angel Burris, a nurse, and Maj. Michael Morgenstern, a physician's assistant, both of the 111th Medical Group, Pa. Air National Guard, bandage an "injured" civilian during Operation Red Rose III, an emergency response exercise, at the Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center in Manheim, Pa. May 8. After a casualty is decontaminated, medical personnel identify and treat injuries before transporting them to a civilian medical facility.
